AI-InfraSolutions undertakes annual mapping of Netherlands

AI InfraSolutions has completed its annual mobile mapping of Netherlands. By using very high resolution 360° panoramic images and detailed 3D point clouds, the company creates AI-ready geospatial data that seamlessly integrates with the workflows of asset managers and planning, construction and maintenance professionals across the country.

Dutch technology company AI-InfraSolutions operates its own fleet of fully equipped mobile mapping vehicles, each featuring a 360-degree panoramic camera, multiple high-resolution cameras, and one or two Lidar scanners that generate accurate point clouds. These systems are integrated with a high-quality GNSS, allowing the precise geographical tracking of the vehicles’ locations.

Mobile Mapping Solution (Source: https://ai-infrasolutions.com/)The mobile mapping vehicles collect four essential types of data: 360-degree panoramic photographs, high-resolution imagery, laser-generated data, and position and orientation information. By combining these data sources, AI-InfraSolutions delivers comprehensive and precise geographical insights, supporting a wide range of applications.

After collection, the annually updated nationwide data is hosted locally in a secure private cloud within the Netherlands, ensuring the highest level of data security and compliance with national data protection standards. The data is readily accessible on Spatiall Studio, AI-InfraSolutions’ web-based 3D platform, which offers customers unlimited access and seamless integration with third-party GIS and/or asset management software platforms. Unlike pay-per-click services, Spatiall Studio allows clients full and unrestricted use of the data, maximizing the value of their investment.
